Indications
Mazzogran is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Mazzogran, works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which facilitates the achievement and maintenance of an erection. It is important to note that Mazzogran is only effective with sexual stimulation and does not produce an erection without such stimulation.
Composition
Each Mazzogran tablet contains 100 mg of sildenafil as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Mazzogran should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to sildenafil or to any of the excipients in the formula. It is contraindicated in patients using nitrates in any form (including nitroglycerin) due to the risk of severe hypotension. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, as sexual activity may pose an additional risk. It is also advisable to monitor patients with a history of priapism, anatomical penile deformities, or those taking medications that may interact with sildenafil. It is essential that Mazzogran be used under the supervision of a qualified physician.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
