Indications
Mavidol TR is a medication indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe acute pain. It is used in various clinical conditions such as postoperative pain management, oncological pain, and post-traumatic pain. The combination of Ketorolac and Tramadol provides a complementary analgesic effect, allowing for better pain control in patients requiring effective management of their symptoms. This product is especially useful in situations where pain does not respond adequately to other conventional analgesics.
Composition
Each ampoule of Mavidol TR contains:
- Ketorolac: 10 mg
- Tramadol: 25 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or clotting disorders. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe renal failure and those undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution is recommended when using Mavidol TR in patients with liver diseases, a history of gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or in those undergoing treatment with other medications that may potentiate its effect. It is important to monitor patients for possible adverse reactions and adjust the dose as necessary.

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures between 15 and 30 °C. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
