Indications
Lorotec SL is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, including postoperative pain, pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions, and episodes of renal colic. It can also be used for pain management in cancer patients and for the treatment of conditions requiring effective analgesia. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding the dose and duration of treatment, as prolonged use may increase the risk of adverse effects.
Composition
Each Lorotec SL tablet contains 30 mg of ketorolac as the active ingredient, in addition to the excipients necessary for the medication's formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergy to ketorolac or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, gastrointestinal bleeding, or those receiving anticoagulants. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, unless medically indicated.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease, hypertension, heart failure, or kidney diseases. The use of ketorolac should be carefully evaluated in elderly individuals or those taking other medications that may interact with it. Regular medical follow-up is recommended during treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children and protect from light.
