Indications

Loratadine is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, itching of the nose and eyes, as well as chronic idiopathic urticaria. Loratadine acts as a selective antagonist of histamine H1 receptors, which helps reduce the effects of allergic reactions.

Composition

Each 100 ml of solution contains: Loratadine 100 mg, excipients q.s.p. 100 ml.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease, as it may increase the risk of adverse effects.

Precautions

It should be used with caution in patients with liver diseases and in those taking other drugs that may affect loratadine metabolism. It is important to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may potentiate the sedative effects of other medications.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
