Indications
Levosimendan is indicated for the treatment of acute heart failure, especially in patients with hemodynamic impairment. This medication acts as an inotropic agent, increasing myocardial contractility and improving cardiac output. It is also used in cases of cardiogenic shock and in patients requiring inotropic support in the context of cardiac surgery. Its use should be evaluated and supervised by a physician, due to the critical nature of the conditions it treats.
Composition
Each Levosimendan ampoule contains 2.5 mg of levosimendan per ml, in addition to excipients that ensure the product's stability and solubility.
Contraindications
Levosimendan is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. It should not be administered to patients with obstructive heart failure, or to those with a history of severe uncontrolled arrhythmias.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Levosimendan to patients with renal or hepatic impairment, as well as to those with a history of arrhythmias. It is important to monitor blood pressure and heart rate during treatment. This medication must be used under strict medical supervision, and continuous monitoring of the patient's clinical status is recommended.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.
