Indications
Lergosin-A is indicated for the treatment of allergic conditions, such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and other allergic manifestations. The combination of Dexamethasone, a corticosteroid, and Chlorphenamine, an antihistamine, works to reduce inflammation and mitigate allergy symptoms, providing effective relief in acute and chronic allergic processes. This medication is also used in the treatment of severe allergic reactions and in anaphylactic situations, always under strict medical supervision.
Composition
Each Lergosin-A tablet contains: Dexamethasone 0.25 mg and Chlorphenamine 2 mg as active ingredients. It also contains excipients necessary for tablet formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled systemic infections, active peptic ulcer, glaucoma, or those undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Its use during pregnancy and lactation should be carefully evaluated by a physician.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Lergosin-A to patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal diseases, or viral infections. It is important to monitor the therapeutic response and possible adverse effects during treatment. Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
