Indications

Ledertrexate (Methotrexate) is indicated in the treatment of various malignant neoplasms, as well as autoimmune diseases. It is used in the therapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, osteosarcoma, head and neck carcinoma, and in the treatment of severe psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. Its action is based on the inhibition of DNA and RNA synthesis, which limits cell proliferation.

Composition

Each Ledertrexate tablet contains: Methotrexate 2.5 mg as the active ingredient, as well as the excipients necessary for the tablet formulation.

Contraindications

Ledertrexate is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to methotrexate or any of the excipients. It is also contraindicated in cases of severe renal failure, severe liver diseases, and in pregnant or lactating patients, due to the teratogenic effects of methotrexate.

Precautions

Special care should be taken in patients with a history of peptic ulcer, pulmonary diseases, and in those receiving other immunosuppressive medications. Regular monitoring of hematological parameters and liver function is recommended during treatment. In addition, exposure to infections should be avoided due to the immunosuppression that methotrexate treatment can induce.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep the product out of reach of children and protect it from light and moisture.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
