Indications

Laritol Ex is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as for the relief of symptoms associated with sinusitis. Its formulation combines Loratadine, an antihistamine that acts by blocking the action of histamine, which helps reduce allergy symptoms such as sneezing, nasal and ocular itching, and nasal discharge. In addition, it contains Ambroxol, a mucolytic that facilitates the elimination of secretions in the respiratory tract, aiding in the treatment of respiratory disorders where there is excessive mucus production.

Composition

Each 100 ml of Laritol Ex contains: Loratadine 100 mg and Ambroxol 600 mg, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.

Contraindications

Laritol Ex is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in people with severe liver disease. Its use in pregnant and lactating women should be evaluated by a physician.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Laritol Ex to patients with a history of liver or kidney disease. It is recommended to monitor patients with pre-existing conditions that may worsen their health status when receiving this medication.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
