Indications

Laritol D is a medication indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic conditions such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. It is used to relieve rhinitis symptoms including sneezing, itchy nose, runny nose, and itchy eyes. In addition, it is effective in the treatment of urticaria, relieving itching and skin redness. Loratadine, its active ingredient, works by blocking the effects of histamine, a mediator responsible for allergic reactions.

Composition

Each 5 ml of syrup contains: Loratadine 100 mg and other excipients.

Contraindications

Laritol D is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the components of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age without proper medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with renal or hepatic impairment, as loratadine elimination may be affected. In addition, it is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may increase the risk of side effects. It is important not to combine this medication with other antihistamines without appropriate medical guidance.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
