Indications
Ladexgel is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of common colds and allergies. Its combination of Paracetamol, Loratadine, and Dextromethorphan offers a comprehensive approach to relieve symptoms such as fever, pain, sneezing, runny nose, and cough. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, while Loratadine is an antihistamine that helps reduce nasal congestion and other allergic symptoms. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough, providing additional relief.
Composition
Each Ladexgel capsule contains:
- Paracetamol 300 mg
- Loratadine 2 mg
- Dextromethorphan 10 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with severe liver disease, those undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), or children under 12 years of age without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease, as well as in those consuming alcohol. This medication should be used with caution in patients with asthma or a history of respiratory diseases, as Dextromethorphan can cause adverse effects in these groups. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to consult a doctor if symptoms persist.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
