Indications

Lacdol-S (Ketorolac Tromethamine) is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, including postoperative pain, pain related to dental procedures, and other painful conditions. This medication acts as a potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory, providing pain relief and reducing inflammation. It is important to note that its use should be carefully evaluated in specific clinical conditions, considering the nature of the pain and the individual patient's response to treatment.

Composition

Each Lacdol-S tablet contains:

  • Ketorolac Tromethamine: 30 mg

Contraindications

It should not be used in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ketorolac or any of the components of the formula. It is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, and in those who have received treatment with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is also contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy and in breastfeeding women.

Precautions

Special care should be taken in patients with a history of asthma, kidney disease, gastrointestinal problems, cardiovascular diseases, and in patients who are receiving anticoagulants or medications that may affect kidney function. Renal function monitoring is recommended during prolonged treatment. Its use in combination with other NSAIDs is not recommended.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
