Indications
Inbeloral is indicated for the treatment of allergic symptoms such as allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and other conditions requiring the use of an antihistamine and a corticosteroid. Loratadine acts as a non-sedating antihistamine, relieving itching, sneezing, and runny nose. Betamethasone is a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation and allergic response. This medication is useful in managing acute and chronic symptoms related to allergic reactions.
Composition
Each 5 ml of Inbeloral contains: Loratadine 100 mg and Betamethasone 5 mg. Excipients: purified water, glycerol, flavorings, among others.
Contraindications
Inbeloral should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine, betamethasone, or any of the product's excipients. It is also contraindicated in patients with systemic fungal infections and those requiring long-term corticosteroid treatment.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of peptic ulcer, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or cardiovascular diseases. Monitoring is recommended for patients receiving prolonged corticosteroid treatments. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
