Indications

Hydrocortisone Cream 1% is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory and pruritic dermatological conditions. It is used in the management of dermatitis, eczema, allergic skin reactions, and other conditions that respond to corticosteroid therapy. It is effective in reducing inflammation, redness, and itching of the skin. This cream can be used by adults and children over 2 years of age, always under the supervision of a physician.

Composition

Each 100 g of cream contains: Hydrocortisone (1 g), excipients: purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, among others.

Contraindications

Hydrocortisone Cream should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to hydrocortisone or any of the excipients in the formula. It is contraindicated in untreated viral, bacterial, or fungal skin infections, as well as in ulcerated skin lesions or those presenting necrosis.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Hydrocortisone Cream on large areas of skin or for prolonged periods, as it may cause systemic effects. Use on the face or in skin folds is not recommended without adequate medical supervision. It should not be applied to open wounds or damaged skin. It is important to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
