Graloxen Gel is a medication indicated for the treatment of gastric hyperacidity, which can manifest as stomach discomfort, heartburn, or gastroesophageal reflux. This product is useful for relieving symptoms associated with gastritis and reflux esophagitis. Additionally, it is used for the treatment of abdominal distension and flatulence, providing an antacid and carminative effect, thanks to its active ingredients. Its use is recommended in situations where it is necessary to neutralize excess stomach acid and improve digestive comfort.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Graloxen Gel contains:
- Magaldrate: 20 g
- Dimethicone: 3 g
Contraindications
Graloxen Gel is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components. It should not be used in cases of intestinal obstruction or in patients with severe renal insufficiency, as it may worsen the condition. Likewise, its use is recommended to be avoided in patients who present symptoms of appendicitis or conditions that require immediate medical attention.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Graloxen Gel in patients with a history of kidney or gastrointestinal disease. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding the dose and duration of treatment, avoiding prolonged use without medical supervision. If persistent symptoms or worsening of symptoms occur, a healthcare professional should be consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
