Indications

Gelubrin is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, including headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, and muscle pain. It is also used for fever reduction. Ibuprofen works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are compounds involved in the inflammatory response and in the sensation of pain. It is recommended to use this medication in patients who require rapid and effective symptomatic relief.

Composition

Each capsule contains:

  • Ibuprofen: 600 mg
  • Excipients: q.s.

Contraindications

Gelubrin is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or to any other component of the formula. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, as well as in those with gastrointestinal bleeding or coagulation disorders. It is also contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, asthma, hypertension, heart or kidney diseases. Prolonged use of ibuprofen may increase the risk of cardiovascular events. It is advisable to monitor renal and hepatic function in patients requiring long-term treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
