Indications

Fluconazole is indicated in the treatment of fungal infections caused by fungi and yeasts. It is used in the management of vaginal, oropharyngeal, and esophageal candidiasis, as well as in systemic infections such as cryptococcosis. This medication is also effective in the prevention of fungal infections in immunocompromised patients, such as those undergoing chemotherapy or suffering from HIV/AIDS. The use of Fluconazole must be evaluated in each specific clinical case, considering the sensitivity of the fungus and the patient's condition.

Composition

Each capsule contains 100 mg of Fluconazole as an active ingredient. Excipients: starch, gelatin, magnesium stearate, and others.

Contraindications

Fluconazole is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Fluconazole or to any of the excipients in the formula. Caution should also be exercised in patients with severe liver diseases.

Precautions

It is recommended to use Fluconazole with caution in patients with impaired liver or kidney function. Adequate monitoring should be performed in patients who experience adverse reactions. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before starting treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
