Indications
Flemigor is a medication indicated for the symptomatic treatment of cough and nasal congestion associated with colds, flu, and other respiratory infections. The combination of guaifenesin, phenylephrine, and dextromethorphan acts as follows:
- Guaifenesin: is an expectorant that helps loosen and clear mucous secretions from the respiratory tract, facilitating breathing and relieving productive cough.
- Phenylephrine: is a decongestant that acts by relieving nasal congestion by reducing the inflammation of blood vessels in the nasal passages.
- Dextromethorphan: is a cough suppressant that acts in the brain to reduce the urge to cough, which can be useful in situations where coughing can be irritating or uncomfortable.
Composition
Each 5 ml of solution contains:
- Guaifenesin: 100 mg
- Phenylephrine: 5 mg
- Dextromethorphan: 10 mg
Contraindications
Flemigor is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them in the last 2 weeks.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, liver or kidney diseases, and in pregnant or breastfeeding women. It should be used under medical supervision in these cases.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
