Indications
Fhisflunal Aerosol is indicated for the treatment and prevention of symptoms associated with respiratory diseases such as asthma and allergic rhinitis. This medication acts as an inhaled corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation in the airways, improving breathing and alleviating symptoms such as shortness of breath, coughing, wheezing, and nasal congestion. It is useful for controlling asthma attacks and can be used as maintenance treatment in patients with persistent asthma. Furthermore, it may be indicated for the treatment of other respiratory conditions where a local anti-inflammatory effect is required.
Composition
Each dose of Fhisflunal Aerosol contains 50 mcg of fluticasone propionate as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its administration and product stability.
Contraindications
Fhisflunal is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to fluticasone or to any of the product's excipients. It should not be used as a rescue treatment for acute relief of asthmatic symptoms. Its use in uncontrolled lung infections or in patients with active tuberculosis is contraindicated.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in patients with uncontrolled respiratory infections, active or latent pulmonary tuberculosis, and in those with liver diseases. It is important to monitor patients who experience changes in vision, as prolonged use of corticosteroids can increase the risk of cataracts and glaucoma. It is recommended to discontinue use if severe adverse reactions occur.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not expose to temperatures above 50 °C.
