Indications
Fhisflunal is indicated in the treatment of various respiratory conditions. It is used in the management of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as in the treatment of acute and chronic rhinosinusitis. In addition, it is effective in controlling symptoms associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and in the treatment of asthma in patients requiring maintenance therapy. Fluticasone, its active ingredient, acts as a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the airways, improving breathing and relieving respiratory symptoms.
Composition
Each dose of Fhisflunal aerosol contains 50 mcg of fluticasone propionate as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that allow for proper administration of the medication through the aerosol device.
Contraindications
Fhisflunal is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to fluticasone or any component of the formula. It should not be used in untreated pulmonary infections and in cases of acute asthmatic crises.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Fhisflunal with caution in patients with systemic infections, active or latent tuberculosis. Its use should be carefully evaluated in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or glaucoma. Regular medical follow-up during treatment and dose adjustment according to the patient's needs are important.
Storage
Fhisflunal should be stored at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
