Indications
Feel 360 Des is a medication indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with colds and seasonal allergies. Its formulation combines phenylephrine, a decongestant that helps reduce nasal congestion; chlorphenamine, an antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms such as itching and sneezing; and paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic that helps reduce pain and fever.
This medication can be used by adults and children over 12 years of age to treat symptoms such as: nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes and throat, as well as fever and general discomfort caused by flu-like or allergic processes.
Composition
Each capsule contains:
- Phenylephrine: 10 mg
- Chlorphenamine: 2 mg
- Paracetamol: 500 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) within the previous two weeks.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of hepatocellular diseases, as paracetamol can cause liver toxicity. Its use is also recommended to be avoided in patients who regularly consume alcohol, as well as in those suffering from narrow-angle glaucoma or urinary retention.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
