Indications
Fazolin F is a medication indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, itching in the nose and eyes, as well as nasal congestion. It is also used in the treatment of sinusitis and for the management of common cold symptoms. Its action combines an antihistamine (pheniramine) and a decongestant (naphazoline), which provides a synergistic effect to improve nasal breathing and reduce inflammation in the nasal mucous membranes.
Composition
Each 15 ml of solution contains: Pheniramine 3 mg and Naphazoline (amount not specified). Excipients: purified water, hydrochloric acid, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. It is not recommended for patients with angle-closure glaucoma, uncontrolled hypertension, severe cardiovascular diseases, or those being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or thyroid problems. Prolonged use of the medication should be avoided, and the recommended dose should not be exceeded. A doctor should be consulted before use in children and in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and out of reach of children.
