Indications

Exaliv is indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with colds and allergies, such as:

  • Mild to moderate pain
  • Fever
  • Nasal congestion
  • Allergic rhinitis
  • Sneezing
  • Runny nose

This medication combines the analgesic and antipyretic properties of paracetamol, the decongestant effect of phenylephrine, and the antihistamine properties of chlorphenamine, allowing for effective management of the mentioned symptoms.

Composition

Each capsule contains:

  • Paracetamol: 500 mg
  • Phenylephrine: 10 mg
  • Chlorphenamine: 2 mg

Contraindications

Exaliv is contraindicated in the following cases:

  • Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula
  • Patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)
  • Severe liver diseases

Precautions

Caution is recommended in the following cases:

  • Patients with high blood pressure
  • Patients with heart conditions
  • Patients with thyroid problems
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Storage

Store the medication in its original container, in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (between 15 and 30 °C). Keep out of reach of children.

Shipping

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
