Indications

Erispan Compound is indicated for the treatment of allergic diseases requiring the combined action of an antihistamine and a corticosteroid. It is used in conditions such as allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and other allergic manifestations where inflammation is present. This medication may be useful for managing symptoms such as itching, sneezing, runny nose, and other symptoms associated with allergic reactions. Additionally, it may be indicated in cases of inflammatory conditions that respond to corticosteroid therapy.

Composition

Each tablet of Erispan Compound contains: Loratadine 5 mg and Betamethasone 0.25 mg.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with uncontrolled systemic infections, active tuberculosis, or to patients who have received live attenuated virus vaccines during treatment.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, peptic ulcer, cardiovascular diseases, and in those with active infections. Regular medical follow-up during treatment is important. This medication should not be used in children under 2 years of age without medical supervision. Likewise, the risk-benefit ratio should be evaluated in pregnant or breastfeeding patients.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
