Indications

Epinastine is indicated for the treatment of symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, rhinorrhea (runny nose), nasal and ocular itching, as well as nasal congestion. It is also used in the management of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Its antihistamine action helps reduce the allergic response and improve the quality of life for patients suffering from these conditions.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Epinastine 20 mg as active ingredient. Excipients: lactose, corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Epinastine or any of the formula's components. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women, except under medical supervision. Patients with severe liver diseases should exercise caution when using this medication.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, as Epinastine may cause sedative effects in some individuals. It is advisable to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may enhance sedative effects. Likewise, it is recommended to evaluate liver function before initiating treatment in patients with a history of liver diseases.

Storage

Store the medication in its original packaging, at room temperature (between 15 and 30 °C), protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
