Indications

Electrolit Strawberry is an oral solution indicated for rehydration in situations of fluid and electrolyte loss, such as in cases of diarrhea, vomiting, excessive sweating, or intense exercise. It is especially useful for the recovery of children and adults with mild to moderate dehydration. This product is designed to help restore electrolyte balance and maintain adequate hydration, contributing to the patient's general well-being.

Composition

Each 100 ml of Electrolit Strawberry contains:

• Sodium: 90 mg
• Potassium: 60 mg
• Chlorine: 80 mg
• Glucose: 5 g

Contraindications

Electrolit Strawberry is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of severe renal failure, where electrolyte elimination may be compromised. Likewise, its use should be avoided in patients with conditions requiring sodium restriction, unless specifically indicated by a physician.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using it in patients with cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases, or those undergoing treatment with diuretics. It is important to monitor electrolyte levels and hydration status, especially in pediatric or geriatric patients. Electrolit Strawberry should not substitute adequate medical treatment in cases of severe or pathologically-caused dehydration.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Once opened, it is recommended to consume within 24 hours and keep refrigerated.
