Indications
Duloxetine 30 mg is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorders, as well as for the management of generalized anxiety disorders. It is also used in the treatment of diabetic neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia, helping to relieve pain and improve patients' quality of life. Duloxetine acts by modulating the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, contributing to its antidepressant and analgesic effect.
Composition
Each capsule contains 30 mg of duloxetine as an active ingredient, in addition to excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
The use of Duloxetine is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to duloxetine or any of the components of the formula. It is also contraindicated in patients who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or who have stopped their use in the last two weeks, as well as in those with severe liver disease or severe renal failure.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering duloxetine to patients with a history of bipolar disorders, bleeding disorders, hypertension, or those who are taking other medications that affect coagulation. It is important to monitor for the appearance of symptoms such as mood changes or suicidal thoughts, especially at the beginning of treatment or when adjusting the dose.

Store in a dry and cool place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
