Indications

Dolver is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of various conditions involving pain and/or inflammation. It is used in the management of mild to moderate pain, including headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, musculoskeletal pain, and postoperative pain. It is also effective in the treatment of inflammatory processes such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Ibuprofen works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, which reduces inflammation, pain, and fever.

Composition

Each Dolver tablet contains 600 mg of ibuprofen as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients that allow for tablet formulation, ensuring its stability and efficacy.

Contraindications

Dolver is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs. Its use is not recommended in patients with active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe coagulation disorders. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, as well as those in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of asthma, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, or kidney disease. Renal function should be monitored in patients receiving long-term ibuprofen treatment. In case of adverse gastrointestinal symptoms, discontinuation of treatment should be considered. Concomitant use with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants is not recommended without medical supervision.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
