Indications
Doltrix is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain, as well as for the treatment of abdominal cramps. It is used in conditions such as dysmenorrhea, postoperative pain, and gastrointestinal cramps. The combined action of clonixinato de lisina, a potent non-opioid analgesic, and hyoscine, an antispasmodic, allows for effective pain management and reduction of spasms in the gastrointestinal tract. Its use can be beneficial in patients with functional bowel disorders, as well as in those who experience pain associated with gynecological conditions.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Clonixinato de lisina 250 mg and Hyoscine 10 mg.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components, in those with a history of active peptic ulcer, severe renal insufficiency, and in cases of intestinal obstruction. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation without a doctor's supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of kidney disease, liver disease, or gastrointestinal disorders. Medical supervision is also recommended in patients who are undergoing treatment with anticoagulants or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to consult a doctor if adverse effects or unusual symptoms appear.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
