Indications
Disminona is indicated in the treatment of various conditions requiring an anti-inflammatory and/or immunosuppressive effect. It is used in the management of autoimmune diseases, severe allergic reactions, respiratory diseases such as asthma, and dermatological conditions. It is also used in the treatment of hematological diseases and in situations requiring suppression of the immune system, such as organ transplants. Its use must be supervised by a physician, who will determine the dosage and duration of treatment according to the patient's specific condition.
Composition
Each Disminona ampoule contains 500 mg of methylprednisolone, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Disminona is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to methylprednisolone or any of its excipients. It is also contraindicated in uncontrolled systemic infections, in patients with active or latent tuberculosis, as well as in those with conditions that imply an increased risk of infections. It should not be administered to pregnant or breastfeeding women without proper medical evaluation and authorization.
Precautions
Disminona should be used with caution in patients with hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, peptic ulcers, and in those with a history of recurrent infections. It is important to monitor the patient for the possible appearance of adverse effects and adjust the dose according to clinical response and patient tolerance. Likewise, a gradual reduction of the dose should be considered at the end of treatment to avoid adverse reactions.

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
