Indications
Diosmin/Hesperidin is indicated for the treatment of symptoms related to chronic venous insufficiency, such as heavy legs, pain, cramps, and edema. It is also used for the treatment of acute hemorrhoids and for the prevention of recurrences in patients with a history of hemorrhoidal episodes. Its action is based on improving venous tone and reducing inflammation in the surrounding tissues, resulting in significant relief of associated symptoms.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Diosmin 450 mg and Hesperidin 50 mg.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless indicated by a doctor.
Precautions
It is recommended to use this medication with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or in those with coagulation disorders. It is important to inform your doctor about any other medications being taken to avoid interactions. Additionally, medical evaluation should be considered if symptoms persist or worsen during treatment.
Storage
