Indications

Diclovith-B-Frt is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various conditions. It is useful in the management of rheumatic conditions, muscle pain, postoperative pain, and pain associated with sports injuries. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, acts by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, which reduces inflammation and relieves pain. B complex complements the effect of Diclofenac, promoting neuromuscular function and improving the patient's general condition.

Composition

Each ampule of Diclovith-B-Frt contains: Diclofenac (75 mg), B Complex (100 mg thiamine, 125 mg riboflavin, 20 mg pyridoxine), and excipients necessary for the formulation.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcers, bleeding disorders, or severe hepatic insufficiency. Its use in the third trimester of pregnancy should be avoided due to potential risks to the fetus.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, renal or cardiac insufficiency. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during treatment, especially in elderly patients or those receiving concomitant treatments that may affect these organs. Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects.
