Indications

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for the treatment of various painful and inflammatory conditions. It is commonly used in the management of acute and chronic pain, as well as musculoskeletal disorders. It is also used to relieve postoperative pain and pain associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The B complex, which includes various B vitamins, contributes to proper neuromuscular function and can be beneficial in the management of neuropathic pain and injury recovery.

Composition

Each tablet contains: 50 mg of Diclofenac and 50 mg of B Complex (which includes thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin).

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac, a history of peptic ulcer or active gastrointestinal bleeding, severe heart failure, severe renal failure, and during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester. It should also be avoided in patients who have experienced allergic reactions to other NSAIDs.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease, coagulation disorders, or liver or kidney disease. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. Use in combination with other medications that affect coagulation may increase the risk of bleeding.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
