Indications

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for the treatment of various painful and/or inflammatory conditions. Its use is recommended for the management of acute and chronic pain, including but not limited to:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Osteoarthritis.
  • Ankylosing spondylitis.
  • Postoperative pain.
  • Menstrual pain.
  • Musculoskeletal painful conditions.

Additionally, it is used for the treatment of fever and pain associated with infectious diseases and inflammatory processes.

Composition

Each ampoule contains:

  • Diclofenac sodium: 75 mg
  • Excipients: sufficient quantity for 3 ml

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be used in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions, active peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, hypertension, heart failure, and in those undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Renal and hepatic function monitoring is recommended during treatment. Prolonged use of this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular adverse effects.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
