Indications

Diclofenac is used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, as well as for the management of inflammatory conditions. It is indicated in cases of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and postoperative pain. It is also used in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain) and other conditions requiring an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.

Composition

Each tablet of Diclofenac Ultra contains 100 mg of diclofenac sodium as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with a history of active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, nor in those with severe renal insufficiency or hepatic insufficiency. Its use during the third trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, or hypertension. Likewise, its use should be carefully evaluated in elderly patients, as they may be more susceptible to adverse effects. It is essential to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. Prolonged use of diclofenac may increase the risk of cardiovascular thrombotic events, myocardial infarction, and stroke.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
