Indications
Diclofenac is indicated in the treatment of various painful and inflammatory conditions. It is used for the relief of moderate to severe pain, such as postoperative pain, dental pain, muscle pain, and pain associated with inflammatory diseases like arthritis. It is also used in the management of dysmenorrhea and in the treatment of osteoarticular conditions, such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, due to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Composition
Each tablet contains 100 mg of diclofenac sodium as active ingredient. Excipients: starch, lactose, magnesium stearate, and others.
Contraindications
Diclofenac is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other NSAIDs. It should not be administered in cases of active gastric or duodenal ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of NSAID-induced asthma, angioedema, or allergic rhinitis.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, or kidney disease. Renal and hepatic function should be monitored during treatment, especially in elderly patients or those with comorbidities. Prolonged use of diclofenac may increase the risk of cardiovascular thrombotic events.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
