Indications
Dankial-B is indicated for the treatment and management of various respiratory conditions. It is primarily used for the treatment of asthma, as well as in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Its anti-inflammatory action helps reduce inflammation in the airways, facilitating breathing and improving lung function. It can also be used in patients with allergic rhinitis and sinusitis, where mucosal inflammation is a significant factor. It is important to follow medical instructions for proper use of the medication and adjust the dosage according to the individual needs of the patient.
Composition
Each ampoule of Dankial-B contains 0.250 mg of Budesonide as the active ingredient. It also includes excipients that allow for its proper formulation for inhalation administration.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Budesonide or to any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled respiratory infections, as well as in those with active tuberculosis or fungal lung infections.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of tuberculosis, viral infections, or who are receiving immunosuppressive treatments. It is essential to evaluate the patient's general health status and adjust treatment as needed. Regular monitoring of lung function during treatment is also recommended.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
