Indications
Dalatina Gel is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections of the skin and soft tissues, as well as in cases of acne vulgaris. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that works by inhibiting protein synthesis in bacteria, which contributes to the elimination of pathogenic microorganisms. This gel is effective in the treatment of inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne lesions, as well as in infections that require topical treatment. It can also be used as complementary therapy in combined infections.
Composition
Each 100 g of Dalatina Gel contains 1 g of clindamycin (as clindamycin phosphate) and excipients q.s. 100 g.
Contraindications
Dalatina Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to clindamycin, lincomycin, or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of ulcerative colitis or a history of antibiotic-associated colitis.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of severe irritation, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. It is important not to use this gel on extensive areas of the skin or on open wounds. Patients should be informed about the possibility of adverse reactions and the importance of following the doctor's instructions.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
