Indications
Coriver is indicated for the treatment of fever and mild to moderate pain. It is commonly used in cases of headache, muscle pain, postoperative pain, and pain associated with conditions such as arthritis. It is also effective in managing symptoms associated with colds and flu, helping to reduce fever and improve the patient's general well-being. Paracetamol administration is recommended for patients who require pain management without the side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Composition
Each Coriver tablet contains 750 mg of paracetamol as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients such as starch, talc, and magnesium stearate, which facilitate its formulation and absorption in the body.
Contraindications
Coriver is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease or in those who consume excessive alcohol, as this may increase the risk of liver toxicity.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those who are being treated with other medications containing paracetamol, to avoid overdose. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose, as paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver damage. In case of unusual symptoms or adverse reactions, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
Storage
Coriver should be stored in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
