Indications
Combedi Dx is indicated for the treatment of various medical conditions requiring the administration of a steroid anti-inflammatory, such as dexamethasone. This medication is used in the management of allergic disorders, autoimmune diseases, and in the suppression of severe inflammatory reactions. It can also be useful in the treatment of certain types of shock and in hormone replacement therapy in specific cases. The B Complex complements the action of the corticosteroid, aiding in the maintenance of metabolic balance and neurological function.
Composition
Each ampoule of Combedi Dx contains:
- Dexamethasone: 4 mg
- B Complex: 5 mg
Contraindications
Combedi Dx is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, untreated systemic infections, and in those with active viral, fungal, or bacterial diseases, as it may suppress the immune response. It is also contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcers, uncontrolled hypertension, and in those with severe psychiatric disorders.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and in those with a history of tuberculosis. Adequate monitoring is necessary in patients receiving prolonged treatment, as well as in those with latent or chronic infections.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
