Indications
Cobedina Ns is indicated for the treatment of allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and atopic dermatitis. Its formulation combines an antihistamine, Loratadine, which acts by blocking histamine receptors, and Betamethasone, a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation and immune response. This medication can be used for the management of symptoms associated with allergic reactions, as well as for the treatment of chronic inflammatory skin conditions. It is important that its use is supervised by a physician, who can determine the appropriate duration and dosage according to the patient's specific condition.
Composition
Each 100 ml of solution contains: Loratadine 100 mg and Betamethasone 5 mg. Excipients: purified water, sodium chloride, 1N hydrochloric acid, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with systemic viral, tuberculous, or fungal infections. Likewise, it should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcer or in patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, and kidney or liver problems. During treatment, regular medical follow-up is recommended to evaluate the response and possible adverse effects. Prolonged use without medical supervision is not recommended.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
