Indications

Clonafec is indicated for the treatment of various painful and inflammatory conditions. It is used in the management of acute and chronic pain, such as: - Rheumatoid arthritis - Osteoarthritis - Ankylosing spondylitis - Postoperative pain - Menstrual pain - Musculoskeletal pain

Diclofenac, its active ingredient, works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, which helps reduce inflammation and pain.

Composition

Each Clonafec capsule contains 100 mg of diclofenac sodium, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.

Contraindications

Clonafec is contraindicated in the following cases: - Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or to any of the components of the formula. - Patients with a history of asthma, urticaria, or other allergic reactions after administration of acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. - Active peptic ulcer or a history of gastrointestinal bleeding. - Severe renal insufficiency.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease. It is advisable to monitor renal function in patients treated with diclofenac long-term. Its use is not recommended in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
