Indications

Clioquinol 3% Cream is indicated for the treatment of skin infections caused by fungi and bacteria. It is useful in the therapy of dermatoses where an antibacterial and antifungal effect is required. It can be used for the treatment of dermatitis, ringworm, cutaneous candidiasis, and other superficial skin infections. Its topical application allows for a localized action on the affected area, facilitating recovery and improving skin health.

Composition

Each 100 g of cream contains: Clioquinol 3 g. Excipients: purified water, glycerin, microcrystalline wax, among others.

Contraindications

Clioquinol 3% Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to clioquinol or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be used on deep wounds, burns, or extensive skin infections. Its use is not recommended on areas of the body with mucous membranes, nor on irritated or damaged skin.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when applying Clioquinol 3% Cream to patients with a history of allergic reactions to medications. In case of irritation, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
