Indications
Clindamycin is indicated for the treatment of severe bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms. It is used in skin and soft tissue infections, respiratory tract infections, as well as intra-abdominal infections. It is also useful in the treatment of endocarditis and osteomyelitis. Clindamycin is especially effective against certain types of gram-positive bacteria, including staphylococci and streptococci. Its use must be determined by a physician, considering the nature and severity of the patient's infection.
Composition
Each ampoule of Clindamycin 300 mg/2 ml contains: Clindamycin (as hydrochloride) 300 mg, excipients: water for injection, hydrochloric acid, and other components according to specific formulation.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to clindamycin or any other component of the formulation. It should also be avoided in patients with colitis or a history of antibiotic-associated colitis.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with gastrointestinal diseases, especially colitis. It is important to monitor liver and kidney function in patients receiving prolonged treatment. Its use in combination with other antibiotics is not recommended without the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
