Indications
Cyclobenzaprine/Clonixinate Lysine is indicated for the treatment of acute pain of muscular origin and in conditions involving muscle spasms. It is used in the management of back pain, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. The combination of cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxant, and clonixinate lysine, an anti-inflammatory analgesic, allows for a dual approach to pain treatment, relieving both muscle tension and associated inflammation.
Composition
Each tablet contains: 5 mg cyclobenzaprine and 125 mg clonixinate lysine.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, in those with a history of narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, and in patients who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). It should not be administered to patients with severe heart disease or a history of recent myocardial infarction.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering this medication to patients with a history of seizures, liver or kidney disease, as well as in elderly individuals, who may be more susceptible to its side effects. Medical follow-up during treatment is essential to adjust dosages if necessary.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
