Indications
Chrisale is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Erectile dysfunction is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity. Tadalafil, the active ingredient in Chrisale, works by increasing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation, thus facilitating an erection.
Additionally, Chrisale is used in the treatment of symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), which include difficulty initiating urination, decreased urinary flow, and frequent urination.
Composition
Each Chrisale tablet contains 5 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient. Excipients include: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Chrisale is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to Tadalafil or any of the formulation's components. It should not be administered to men taking nitrates in any form, as it can cause a significant drop in blood pressure. Furthermore, it is contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases or who have had a recent myocardial infarction.
Precautions
Chrisale should be used with caution in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, as sexual activity may pose an additional risk. Likewise, it should be used with caution in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency. It is important for patients to inform their doctor about any other medications they are taking to avoid interactions.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
