Indications
Chrisale is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. This medication works by facilitating increased blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps achieve and maintain an adequate erection for sexual activity. It is recommended to take the medication approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity. The duration of Tadalafil's action can extend up to 36 hours, allowing for greater flexibility in the timing of sexual intercourse. Additionally, Chrisale can be used in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension, as Tadalafil is indicated to improve exercise capacity in these patients.
Composition
Each Chrisale tablet contains 20 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient. It also contains inert excipients that ensure the stable formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
Chrisale is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or any of the excipients in the formulation. Furthermore, it should not be used in patients taking nitrates, as this can lead to a severe drop in blood pressure. It is not recommended for individuals with severe cardiovascular diseases, such as recent myocardial infarction or stroke.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart problems, arrhythmias, or any condition that could be aggravated by sexual activity. It is important to consider prior medical evaluation to determine if the use of Tadalafil is safe in each particular case. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided, as it can interfere with the effectiveness of the medication and increase the risk of side effects.
Storage
Store the medication in its original packaging, at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
