Indications

Chrisale is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Erectile dysfunction is the persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Tadalafil, its active ingredient, works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which can help achieve an erection. This medication is also used for the treatment of symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition in which the prostate is enlarged, which can cause difficulty with urination.

Composition

Each Chrisale tablet contains 20 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient. Excipients include: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and other inert excipients.

Contraindications

Chrisale is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to Tadalafil or to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as this can cause a significant reduction in blood pressure. Likewise, its use is not recommended in men with a history of serious cardiovascular problems, such as a recent myocardial infarction or stroke.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, liver or kidney problems, and in those taking other medications that may interact with Tadalafil. It is essential for patients to inform their doctor about any medications they are taking, as well as their complete medical history.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
