Indications
Chrisale is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men, which is the persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection adequate for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Tadalafil, its active ingredient, works by increasing blood flow to the penis, allowing an erection to occur when there is sexual stimulation. This medication is not an aphrodisiac and does not increase sexual desire. It is important that the patient is sexually stimulated for the medication to exert its effect. Chrisale can also be used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, improving exercise capacity in patients affected by this condition.
Composition
Each Chrisale tablet contains 20 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient. Excipients: Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Chrisale is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates in any form, as it can cause a significant decrease in blood pressure. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, such as recent myocardial infarction, uncontrolled arrhythmias, or severe heart failure.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Chrisale to patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney problems, as a dose adjustment may be required. Its use is not recommended in patients who are being treated with other medications for erectile dysfunction. It is important to inform the doctor about any medication the patient is taking.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
