Indications

Charyn (Azithromycin) is indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections. It is effective in treating respiratory tract infections, such as pharyngitis, sinusitis, and community-acquired pneumonia. It is also indicated for skin and soft tissue infections, as well as sexually transmitted infections, including urethritis and cervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. Azithromycin works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which allows for the eradication of the bacteria responsible for the infection.

Composition

Each Charyn tablet contains 500 mg of Azithromycin as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate its formulation and administration. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding dosage and treatment regimen.

Contraindications

Charyn should not be administered to patients with known allergy to Azithromycin, other macrolide antibiotics, or any component of the formulation. Likewise, its use is contraindicated in patients with a history of severe liver diseases.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Charyn to patients with a history of cardiac arrhythmias, as Azithromycin can prolong the QT interval. Careful monitoring is recommended in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency. It should not be combined with medications that may cause significant interactions without proper medical supervision.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
