Indications

Brysbal is indicated for the treatment of painful inflammatory processes, such as those that occur in conditions like arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other musculoskeletal ailments. It is also used to relieve pain associated with headaches, migraines, menstrual cramps, and dental pain. The combination of ibuprofen and caffeine enhances the analgesic effect, making it particularly useful in conditions requiring effective pain management. It is important that its use be under medical supervision, especially in patients with pre-existing conditions or who are taking other medications.

Composition

Each capsule contains: 400 mg of ibuprofen and 100 mg of caffeine.

Contraindications

Brysbal is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, as well as in those with a history of severe allergic reactions. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcers, severe kidney failure, or in cases of severe liver disease. Likewise, its use is contraindicated in patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or coagulation disorders.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using it in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, heart failure, as well as in those with a history of gastric or intestinal ulcers. Medical follow-up is recommended for patients requiring prolonged treatment. Its use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended without proper medical supervision. Caffeine can cause insomnia, so caution is advised in patients sensitive to this substance.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
